About Amal
Amal is a non-profit that has welcomed women into its Marrakech kitchens for more than a decade, turning culinary training into independence; every plate and every cooking class funds a woman’s training. Its flagship restaurant, Amal Gueliz Center, serves market-fresh Moroccan cooking every day (its site).
Opening hours, prices and seasonal openings change, so please check with Amal before you go.
